Dưa leo rửa sạch với 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, sau đó bào sờ phần vỏ để màu xanh đậm xen kẽ màu xanh nhạt bắt mắt và dưa leo giòn hơn, sau đó cắt dưa leo thành các lát mỏng.
Cho dưa leo vào một cái chén, rắc lên 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối để nghỉ trong 5 phút. Rồi sau đó rửa sạch lại với nước, vắt kỹ để dưa leo được ráo.
Ngâm rong biển khoảng 10 phút, sau đó vớt ra để ráo nước. Cắt thanh cua ra làm đôi theo chiều ngang rồi cắt sợi.
Cho tất cả phần nguyên liệu làm nước sốt gồm: 45ml giấm, 15g đường, 10ml nước tương, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 30ml nước vào nồi, đun nóng tới khi đường tan hết thì bạn tắt bếp để riêng.
Cho tất cả dưa leo, rong biển, thanh cua vào tô trộn và rắc thêm ít mè trắng rang, sau đó đổ phần nước sốt vào, trộn đều.
