Đánh trứng đến khi thật mịn, hoặc là cho đến khi có bọt rồi trộn trứng với sữa tươi và dầu ăn với nhau. Sau đó mới đến bột mì, đường, bột nở và muối nhé!
Làm nóng chảo rồi đổ bột bánh vào. Để bánh trên chảo cho đến khi trên bánh xuất hiện sự phồng và có những sủi tăm như trong hình. Để thêm 1 lúc nữa đến khi nào bánh vàng rồi thì lật lại nha! Chiên chín đều 2 mặt thì lấy ra khỏi chảo, tiếp tục chiên cho hết nguyên liệu.
Cho bánh ra đĩa, xếp chống các miếng bánh lên nhau. Tùy theo sở thích của mỗi thành viên trong gia đình mà bạn có thể chuẩn bị phần topping như ý nhé!
